Telephone Use Policy

The library telephone is for library use only. It is a business telephone, excessive use of which impedes the normal course of business. The library telephone may not be used for personal telephone calls on the part of staff or patrons.
In the event of an emergency which requires the use of the telephone, the staff person on duty may make a telephone call on the patron’s behalf, at a time which is convenient for the staff member.
